Within the Don Valley Group of Companies we have our own installation company, Don Valley Engineering Construction Ltd, which provides a service for Don Valley Engineering Co Ltd, as well as offering a direct contract service to almost all industries. Highly experienced managers, supervisors, operatives and administrators, keep close site supervision and liaison with customers throughout the duration of the contract period to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Our expertise is available to the engineering industry in general, and particularly within the Mineral Extraction, Steel, Sugar, Coal, Cement, Power Generation, Bio Mass and Malting industries. Don Valley Engineering Construction Ltd has undertaken installation phases with values in excess of £2.5 M, for contracts with total values in excess of £13 million, with completion on time and within budget.
We have the facilities and flexibility to undertake a wide range of works from the smallest maintenance job to multi-million pound contracts. We offer a multi-discipline range of site installation works, from the installation and commissioning of a fully operating plant to the provision of labour for labour only contracts.
FULLY QUALIFIED
Our site managers and site supervisors are fully conversant with all the relevant Health & Safety and CDM requirements, they are all ‘IOSH Health and Safety’ certified, and are trained First Aiders. All our site operatives are ‘Passport to Safety’ trained and carry the relevant skills cards. Health and Safety qualifications are continuously updated to keep in line with the changing requirements of our clients. We have been working with the ECITB so that all our permanent site operatives have achieved the ‘ACE Skills Card’ accreditation, and our supervisors and site managers have achieved ‘Supervisory Management Training & Development’ (SMTD) Certification.
