Vibrating Screens

Don Valley screens are individually designed to produce a machine that is tailored to the client’s application and installation criteria. Each screen type is vibrated via exciter units, with adjustable counterweights for amplitude variation.

Screens designed by Don Valley can be used will all types of screening media, i.e. perforated plates, wire mesh, wedge wire, polyurethane and rubber, tensioned or modular or specialist screen material. Fabricated grizzly decks can also be supplied to suit particular scalping applications.
