As an extension to Don Valley's activities in the supply of process plant and equipment, the Malting Division of Qualter Hall (formerly Redler Maltings) was acquired in 1998. All technical and intellectual properties were transferred in the acquisition which has been updated and modernised to enable Don Valley Engineering Co. Ltd to supply state of art malting plants and equipment to the industry.

With Don Valley's vast experience in the construction of specialist process plants and managing large design and construction projects, the company offers customers the very latest cost effective design and supply of equipment for all elements of the maltings process from barley intake and screening through steeping, germination and kilning to malt storage and outloading.
