Policy Statement
The
Management of Don Valley Engineering Company is totally committed to operating a
Quality Management System which satisfies the aims and objectives of BS EN ISO
9001:2000 using clearly defined and documented manual, procedures and supporting
documentation to ensure that all plant and equipment supplied by the company are
to the highest standard compatible with their duty and that they meet the needs,
expectations and requirements of the customer along with applicable codes of
construction in their entirety.
Awareness
and adherence to this policy involves every aspect of the company’s business
and all employees are encouraged to develop and maintain an attitude of Quality
Improvement within their own respective sphere of activity.
Implementation
of this policy is carried out by the Company Secretary who is
responsible for the administration of the system and represents the company on
all matters relating to quality.
He
has full authority and organisational freedom to monitor the effectiveness of
the Quality System through a regular audit system and corrective action reviews.
