Design Supply of new FGD truck Unloading system, designed to receive 10 trucks per hour. Material delivered by Rail is offloaded into Trucks and delivered to the Bulk Reception Unloader, Where the FGD is discharged on to the Apron Belt and transferred to a tripper conveyor feeding a bulk store. Don Valley Engineering in conjunction with sister company Cleeve MH provided the design Supply and Mechanical Erection of the plant and equipment.

Rebuild of a Mixing Tower, for Bawtry Carbon International following severe fire damage. Don Valley Engineering limited appointed CDM Principal Contractor by Thomason’s main contractor for the project. Don Valley Engineering oversaw all site supervision for the execution of the Mechanical & Electrical installation work and construction phase of the project. The project involved site management of a multi-disciplined work force made up of European companies The project was delivered to budget and ahead of the project program.

For the blending of raw coal to feed the Power Stations fossil fuel feed system The principle behind the project was to enable the client to mix and blend coal from a stock pile of over 3m tonnes with new coal,being brought in by rail. The client requested that the DVE system would have to be capable to feed material at 800tph as a back-up route to the station in case the rail system was disabled in any way. The project was successfully delivered to the agreed program and budget.
